I recently purchased ATS Tickets Pro and upgraded (twice per documentation) from the Free version. I would like to try the BBcode editor but do not see an option to enable this. The documentation indicates that there should be an option just under "Cross Browser Emoji Compatibility". However, as you can see from my attached screen shot there doesn't seem to be this option.

I have not installed any other Text Editor's on my Joomla installation, and currently TinyMCE is the one that appears for all text input for articles, etc.

As an alternative, I do like the editor you are using for your support site. What editor is this? and how would I install and configure ATS to use it?

The BBcode editor has been removed as of Akeeba Ticket System 3.4.1. You are right that the documentation wasn't fully updated. There are still references to the now removed BBcode editor.

On our site we are using JCE Pro (joomlacontenteditor.net). We have configured a custom editor profile for subscribers which limits the buttons you see and presents formatting options in a logical manner, prioritising the formatting options we observed are most common in the past several thousand tickets. Feel free to copy our setup :)
