Hello again,

I have read through the documentation and checked various Akeeba plugins, and menu items but didn't see a way to change the sort order on the menu item "My Tickets". Is it possible to have the default view in descending order. That way the latest tickets are display first?

Please disregard....I just saw another ticket that was similar in nature.
