Hello,

I am creating a training class for our case managers and had one question regarding the front end columns.

What does the red block (left column) with an up arrow indicate? I don't see a tool tip if I hover over it. (See attached file)

I have also seen an orange square with an ^. Any ideas?

the up arrow means that the ticket has an high priority
