Hello,

After upgrading to 4.0.1 and doing continued testing, it seems that the upgrade has caused the menu item 'Ticket Buckets' to generation an unhandled exception error.

I have attached the error debug.

thank you very much for the report. There was, indeed, a bug on that page. I just fixed it, can you please download the latest dev release and try again? You can find it here: https://www.akeeba.com/download/developer-releases/ats-dev.html

Apologies for the delay in responding. I have just installed the latest dev release of ATS. It appears that the issue I reported has been resolved.
