I send a suggestion that I hope will be accepted.

Today the To address of e-mail notifications it's always the email address set up in the Joomla! user's profile for the recipient. Depending on the email type the recipient may be either the user who owns the ticket or one of the users who are designated as support staff (they have the core Manage privilege for ATS).

Could you add the ability to add additional CC addresses for each client profile or for a specific ticket?

We have already implemented this 3 years ago (August 2018).

Edit the User – Akeeba Ticket System plugin. Enable it for all users and make sure the option “Show Additional Notification Email Addresses field” is set to Yes.

Your clients can edit their user profile. Under the Akeeba Ticket System section they can add as many email addresses for their tickets as they please. All these addresses will be copied (CC'ed) to the emails ATS sends for a ticket on top of the main email address in the Joomla user account of the ticket owner.
