 Hello,

I have noticed that we are getting this error when using the Menu Item type: Akeeba Ticket System>New Ticket

I have verified that the other menu item types we have published are working. In addition back-end administration tools are working.

-Categories displays properly, and I can submit a new ticket using this method if viewing a category and clicking "New ticket"

Your help is appreciated.

Hello,

I suspect there's a file missing, that Joomla forgot to copy during the installation.

Please install Admin Tools twice in a row, without uninstalling it and try again. That should fix your issue.

Davide,

I downloaded and installed Admin Tools 6.13 Pro twice in a row, but I am still getting the same error. Did you mean install Akeeba Tickets twice in a row?

Thanks,

Eric

Davide,

I wanted to provide some additional details. It seems that the issue has resolved itself after some time. I had some questions and observations:

-I have recently modified the session timeout to: 360 minutes (Nicholas suggested this due to the way our case managers use the front end)

If I re-installed the admin tools per your instructions, and immediately tried the "Submit New Tickets" feature from the same browser session, would the error persist until either I logout/login or the session expires after 360 minutes.

I am only asking as I noticed that when I left work and started testing from home (a different computer) I noticed that the feature was working even though no other changes were made?

Either way, I will check when I get back to the office and ensure all is well.

Thanks again for your help!

Eric Johnson

Yes, I meant Akeeba Ticket System. Sorry, I mixed the names. Admin Tools is completely unrelated to your issue.

What your describe is interesting, do you have caching enabled on your site? If so, which type?

Davide,

Yes we have caching enabled. Attached is a screen shot of our configuration.

Thanks,

Can you please try to disable it?

It seems that when we try to load a model, it can't find it, even if it's there.
