Hi.
In the backend, on the "Tickets" page, you can filter the list by almost anything while in the front end (in the "Latest tickets" view), you have only the category and status.

Is there a way to have in the front end the same filters we have in the back-end? I'd prefer not to give back)end access to my user in charge of support.

We have deliberately not provided such a feature in the frontend. Implementing such a feature makes it impossible to cache the public ticket pages for Guest users.

Moreover, Joomla's Permissions feature makes it very easy to create backend accounts with limited access, e.g. only access to Akeeba Ticket System without the ability to configure anything. You just need to assign your support staff user group the global Backend Login privilege and also assign it the ATS privileges your support staff users need to do their work (the latter is usually common in the front- and backend of the site). This is exactly what we've done for our own support staff.

Thank you. I was planning to work with the ACL but wanted just to check whether there was another solution.
