I just purchased Ticket System Pro and I am having some trouble.

User:           TestUser

Password:   Password

 

1) When a registered user clicks to submit a ticket they are taken back to the home page and show two message at the bottom of the screen. (See attachment 1.png). 

          

---------------------------------------------------------- Message Your ticket was successfully sent ---------------------------------------------------------- AND   ---------------------------------------------------------- Error You are not authorised to view this resource. ----------------------------------------------------------   The ticket is being sent, so the top message is good. I DONT KNOW WHY it redirect to the Home page to show is message. I have no idea what the error message here is for.       2) When the registered user goes to 'My Tickets" they are not able to see any responses from the admin (See image 2.png). If they try to open the linked title name of the ticket they are taken back to the Home page with another  "You are not authorised to view this resource error".   I have tried to increase the permissions for registered users in the options of the Ticket component (See image 3), but that has not worked.         Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello,

looking at your website, after you submit the ticket you're redirected to https://www.everearn.academy/index.php/user/categories/everearn-academy-support . I suspect this menu entry is not available to regular users, this is why you are redirected to the home page with the error message.

You should review your menu structure and access view, so users can view the list of tickets after they submitted it.

Thank you. I was able to fix all issues by placing a hidden menu item to View Categories and set access to registered.
