The information in the manual for Ticket system is not gives me a clear understanding on what exactly files in what exactly diurectory i should add overrides forย  cscc files to change colors for fornt end ticket elements. could you please help?

Hello,

you can customize the output by using Joomla Template overrides, in this way your changes won't get lost when you update the component.
