Under J! v.3.10.8 (and 3.10.9 as well) I get message during new ticket creation:

"The application has stopped responding
Please contact the administrator of the site and let them know of this error and what you were doing when this happened. "

I don't know when it happened, it worked fine before. I reinstalled FEF 2.1.0 but it didn't help.

Additional info:

source of problem is a new version of HelixUltimate Fremork (from JoomShaper).

With v. 2.0.6 AkeebaTicketSystem works fine, but after upgrade to v. 2.0.8 mentioned problem appeared.

After enabling the "System analysis" option (Joomla! Configuration), I get an explanation:

Akeeba Ticket System - An unhandled Exception has been detected
500 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::getWebAssetManager()

File <root>/plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/layouts/joomla/tinymce/textarea.php Line 15

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

looking at the path you provided, it seems that Helix created a template override for ATS, but they did not update it.

My suggestion is to simply disable that override by renaming the file and see it everything still displays nicely. If not, you should report the issue to Helix since they have to update their overrides.
