Hello!

I have installed and enabled two plugins (Console - Akeeba Ticket System and Autoclose) as per documentation:

https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/ats-for-joomla/cron.html#cron-cli

Then I have added this to cron:

/usr/bin/php /***/public_html/cli/joomla.php ats:cron autoclose

But cron is outputting:

Command "ats:cron" is not defined. The command "ats:cron" does not exist.

What I am doing wrong?

Best regards,

Dmitrijs

Hello,

can you please double check that the Console plugin for ATS is published within Joomla?
