Hi,

A user has submitted 2 tickets. These tickets aren't available at the front-end (for super users also), but we can see them via administrator panel. Tickets are public, not private.

Both tickets got Error 0 titles.

Any ideas?

BTW you have the same bug here. My ticket is not listed.

You cannot submit a ticket without a title. There are two checks, client-side and server side. Your user has literally submitted a ticket with the title "Error 0".

As for some tickets not being listed, it happens with tickets which have not been assigned a manager yet in the Latest Open Tickets view. This is known and fixed; a new version will be released either on Thursday or next Monday. In the meantime you can use the latest dev release: https://www.akeeba.com/download/ats-dev/5-2-1-dev202212121051-rev3ac11fd5.html
