Users can not see their own Freshly created tickets on the menu My tickets if in settings Tickets Options / Allowed Visibility  = Private Tickets. 
They only able to see on the meny My tickets if Allowed Visibility is Public Tickets. 

Could you please fix it?

If anyone bumps on this ticket: upgrade to ATS 5.2.2 or later. This was a known issue on ATS 5.2.0. If you did and the issue wasn't fixed, please download the latest ATS version directly from our site's Download page and install it twice in a row, without uninstalling ATS in between. This will address a sporadic problem with Joomla not copying all files when installing an update.
