I just checked and it works. Remember that the link has the "download" attribute which means that your browser will download it immediately, usually without asking you what to do with the file. Check your browser's file transfers pane.

These links have been tested with Safari, Edge, Chrome, and Opera. If you can still not open the file please check your browser settings and any third party Internet security / firewall / antivirus software you may have installed on your computer which may be blocking the downloads (these are very common on corporate machines). If all else fails, use your smartphone to download these files.
