Hi,

I have several superusers in the system and they are all simultaneously technical support employees. How can I configure ATS so that notifications only go to the agent assigned to a specific category? Currently, everyone receives notifications, even from categories they are not assigned to.

Regards,

Andrzej

Super Users have, by nature of being Super Users, all Permissions you can assign them in Joomla. As a result they are by definition managers across all categories in ATS.

Go into each ATS category in the backend and find the Ticket Options tab. In there, there's the "Exclude support staff" option. Add all the managers you do NOT want to be notified. Or, remove the "All Support Staff" option from the Notify Support Staff option and only add whichever managers should be notified.  Which approach works best depends on how many users you have in total, and how many need to be notified.
