Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

We have just updated to version  5.2.3 of ATS.

Now, no users except Super Users can create new tickets.

No access levels have changed?

Any ideas as when I looked at the change notes, the changes seemed minor?

Just an update,

I backed out the change to ATS to previous version and everything now works again?

Please ignore this ticket for the moment. I think the problem is on our end

Yes, it seems there is a missing if-block. I am going to release a new version shortly.

Hi Nicholas,

Thanks for the update.

I did check if the problem was our end, but having checked, it was not.

I will await next update.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

Kind regards

David
