Hi,
I've no clear how to use the html email versions. They are not availble to customize in the email templates; moreover, I can't use them: the system alwyas send the plaintext version. How can I use and customize the html version?

Please remember that email templates is a Joomla! core feature. It is not part of our software.
When you are in the email templates page (Joomla core component com_mails) click on Options. Change the Mail Format option to Both and click on Save & Close.
You will now see both plain text and HTML emails when editing a mail template.
