Good morning, I have tried to configure FETCHMAIL, but I cannot receive the tickets.

I have tried to make the configuration with IMAP, POP3 and GMAIL, but I can't get the emails to reach Joomla. The cron task does not show the ok message:

Hello,

first of all, the server that is running the CLI command is the same that is hosting your website or it's another? If it's the same, can you please try to use the PHP CLI command instead of using WGET? You can add the --verbose and --debug options so you'll get a more detailed output.

The server that run CLI command and Web site is the same, but we can't use PHP CLI, only We can use URL CRON.

Can you please try to add the param &verbose=1 and &debug=1 ?

They should work with the URL CRON as well, but I'm not 100% sure.
