Hi. I have another problem with the component. The icons are not displayed. I attach two screenshots, both relating to the page for creating a new ticket: the first missing icon is the one next to the name of the user sending the ticket, the second is that of the attachment button.

Salve,

è probabile che sia presente un conflitto fra i file di Akeeba Tickets e il template in uso. Se passa al template di default di Joomla, il componente è visualizzato correttamente?

A questo punto devi modificare il file del template in modo che non vada in conflitto con ATS. L'unico modo è quello di aprire la modalità sviluppatore del browser e controllare quali classi CSS sono abilitate.

Please make sure that you have tested the Super Administrator connection using a different browser or machine than the one you are using daily. Double check that logging in is possible and that the user has Super User privileges, i.e. it's not a regular Administrator. Make sure that your site does not block whole countries or IP ranges which would make it impossible for me to log in / connect by FTP. Finally, please do make sure that the FTP connection works and that logging in to it I have access to your site's files.

Kindly note that your site connection information and your site content is handled in strict confidence. Not only we are a reputable development company, we are also bound by law (EU GDPR) to do so. Ciao Davide, grazie per la tua disponibilità. Avevo lo stesso problema con l'estensione AllVideoShare e il suo sviluppatore l'ha risolto aggiungendo delle istruzioni nella tab 'Custom CSS' delle Opzioni del componente. Il problema di mancata visualizzazione delle icone per ATS si presenta quando voglio creare un nuovo ticket (non si vedono né l'icona della scelta dell'utente né tutte le icone relative al caricamento degli allegati), in questa pagina: https://bookomm.com/nuovo-ticket

p.s. Per risolvere lo stesso problema delle icone con AllVideoShare, lo sviluppatore mi ha fatto aggiungere queste istruzioni:

Salve,

mi sono collegato al sito per effettuare alcuni test. Controllando le regole CSS applicate, risulta che nel file custom.css del template in uso è effettuato l'override delle classi fondamentali di FontAwesome e IconMoon. Nella fattispecie, tenta di caricare il font Font Awesome 5 anche per la classi che iniziano con icon-

Mi ha detto che utilizzando il template standard di Joomla tutto quanto funziona correttamente, quindi il problema deriva dal template attualmente in uso. Dovrebbe contattare gli sviluppatori del template o chi ha costruito il sito in origine in modo che possano correggere il problema alla radice.
