 Hi there,

we're using Akeeba Ticket System for our customers to set up support questions. When we answer the ticket, the user receives a mail with the information. The mail also contains a link "view and reply" directly to the ticket.

If the user is logged out meanwhile, he's getting an 404 error when clicking the link. It would be better to get the joomla login mask. Is there a configuration option?

Kind regards

Eva-Maria

You need to make sure that the menu item to Akeeba Ticket System has Public access. Otherwise Joomla itself will block access to the menu item when you are logged out. Our code does not get the chance to run in this case, nor can we do anything about it: it's how Joomla works.
