Firstly I apolagise for needing to ask you for further support, I will try to be as succinct as I am able.

I cannot find any way of closing a ticket without entering from the administrative side of the site.  When I log into the front end as superadmin, I can see all tickets, and the open button on the top right does not do anything when clicked?  I am assuming I have missed something but I dont see what.

You close each ticket as you are displaying it. You cannot close tickets from the frontend tickets list.

Once you display the ticket, click on the ticket status (it's a drop-down). Select the new state – in your use case, Closed.

Here's the interface I see on this here ticket in the frontend:

Please note that the front-end interface is designed to be efficient for the end user asking for support, and the support staff which provides support day to day. For mass status changes and other clearly administrative functions you need to use the administrative back-end of your site.

Thanks, I thought this may be the case but when I try to click Open to select pending or closed, the button does nothing, so I assume I have either set something wrong?

Using Webtools, when I click the drop down I see this error in the debug page, which I think is a bootstrap issue so im looking at that now

Uncaught TypeError: i.createPopper is not a function

    _createPopper dropdown.js:258     show dropdown.js:147     toggle dropdown.js:124     <anonymous> dropdown.js:487     s event-handler.js:120   In dropdown.js

resolved.  I had JQuery easy enabled and this particular option was dissabled.
