Rasmo

Hello Nicholas,

I've now added a custom avatar image to the user. I've tested several sizes (300, 200, 150, 96, 64 pixels - type: png). With all images, the left area with the user information shifts slightly upwards into the title bar.
I'm attaching a screenshot.
Do you have any idea why this is happening or how I can change it?

And a second question:
Is there a way to hide the email address in the user information area?
We have several ticket admins, and everyone should only be reachable via the regular ticket email address. Your own email address shouldn't be visible there.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

Rasmo

I do not see this layout shift with Gravatar. I would guess the problem is CSS. I do not know what kind of HTML is output by the custom field you are using, and what is the CSS being applied, so I can't really help much.

Regarding the email address it shown only to ticket managers. I can see your email address in this here ticket because I am a ticket manager. You can't see mine, as you are not a ticket manager.
