Hi i am a pleased  customer and now new to Ticket System. I am testing and see what we can do to make our own operations and comms better and even more so improve.

I got all kinds of email assignment, ticket etc. But they all seems to be in html?  Vairables not resolbed, so needless to say looks and is ugly. How can we fix this?

Example!

  1. Go to System, and find the Templates area.
  2. Click on Mail Templates.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Set Mail Format to HTML.
  5. Click on Save & Close.

Now your emails will be sent as HTML instead of Joomla's default mix of an HTML message inside a plain text email.
