Hello,

I did some further testing, especially emails defined at category level. for each dept we have a seperate email account, but we do not receive them in thos emails accounts. I trust i am overlooking something but do not know where i would override such or ....

Emails are sent FROM the email address you defined in the category.

Emails are sent TO the email address of each user who is supposed to receive emails when there's a new ticket, a ticket reply, or a new manager's note.
