We have made more and more progress using the ticket system, love it~!

our helpdesk would like to name the component Atol Helpdesk in admin, can that be achieved? and also a menu button on the  right top?

I hope we can do such, without changing database records or such.

The only thing I can think of is a language override, but I am not sure if that changes the name of the backend menu item.
