I got error when running AkeebaPortableTools to extract files. I already clicked ignore error, but the process still stoped.

will the online Akeeba eXtract work?

I assume you're asking if Kickstart would work. Possibly yes, unless the backup archive is actually corrupt, truncated or missing parts (the .j01, .j02 etc files in case such files were created). The easy way to test it is using a local server such as XAMPP, MAMP or WAMPServer. All of them can run Akeeba Kickstart just fine.
