Your request is vague. If it is a virus, it runs at the Operating System level. If you don't have anti-virus software to block it, the virus takes control over your operating system, so nothing is secure. It's like having a burglar inside your house. Having a reinforced door and a super lock won't stop him from exiting your house with all your valuables. Get my point?

Now, if you could be more specific about this mythical virus (which is it, how does it work) then maybe I could provide more accurate information.
