Hi
Would someone be kind enough to help me?

START BACKUP

1.Backing up database

2.Backing Up Files: (Error Message)

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I would be very grateful for your help

Best Regards

Charles

Charles,

The Internal Server Error is designed not to tell you what happened. The idea is that if someone is attacking your site, it doesn't tell them what happened either. The real error is in the server error log.

If your host imposes a maximum size of a file that a script can create, you'll get an internal server error when that size is exceeded. If you host does impose such a maximum, change the part size on the Advanced pane of the JoomlaPack Configuration screen. Put an amount there just under your host's maximum, in bytes.
