I need to know how to clone a site in a different server, akkeba help on that?

You need to create your database first, Akeeba never has sufficient rights to create a database on a commercial server, only to restore tables and data to an existing database. The database name, user name and password do not have to match the original site.

Next upload your archive file and kickstart.php (from our Downloads page) to the root of your target site. Then point your browser to www.mysite.com/kickstart.php. Kickstart will extract the archive and give you a link to the installation script. The installation script will check your environment, prompt you for the new database connection settings, restore your database, etc. At the end, you can delete your /installation folder. That's it! :)
