I am unable to get to your website (even the home page) with Chrome for Mac. I got there once after searching something in Google for some support, now every time I try to go to your site it says I am busted and will not let me see the site...I did NOT click on any links to download anything. Google linked to support forum page (since they are indexable). Got there once, never again. I had to go onto another computer just to get to your main home page so I could log in. Still can't get to your site from my main computer.

Using Google Chrome on Mac OS X Snow Leopard I have no problem accessing the site. Do note that Google Chrome is notoriously caching temporary redirections, a feature which may cause this problem. I suggest doing the following (in this order):

1. Clear the cookie cache
2. Clear the browser cache
3. Completely quit Chrome (Command-Q)
4. Restart Chrome and try visiting the site again

This should have reset Chrome's caches and allow you to access the site normally.
