Can't see where to add more details in the original ticket, so will a them here.

I recently started using Unit. Man I wish I had discovered this years ago, it is a real time save as I  often do restores multiple times a day in my testing enviroment.

Anyway, I notice that Unite is using the dbname I have configured in my xml file to restore the database, but it is not updating the dbname in the configuration.php file. Is this by design?

Thanks.

If you are using Akeeba Backup for Joomla 10 you can't use UNiTE with it. It comes with its own CLI built-in. For more information, please read https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/brs/cli.html#cli-replace-unite
