How I can upgrade from my current Admin Tools subscription to the Essential.
I am asking about this because seems to me that I cannot post a New Ticket to Site Restoration without upgrade.
Will I get any discount for it? How much it would be?

Hello Stefan,

As you suspected, all you need to do is log in to our site and proceed to buying an Essentials subscription. Our system will give you an automatic discount based on how much subscription time you have left. When you pay you will get a new one-year Essentials subscriptions which starts on the day of the payment, while your old subscription will be deactivated. Essentially you get a discount, an extension of your subscritpion time and added download & support options.

One small note. After you perform the subscription update please remember to log out and from our site then log back in. This is necessary. Otherwise our site won't "see" the change in your subscription and won't allow you to file your ticket. This is a limitation of Joomla! when changing the user levels a user belongs to.
