#20864 Unable to add a new Download ID

 Hi,

I have just renewed my Essentials subscription and am trying to add a new Download ID but when I click on the blue NEW button it just takes me to a My Account page with menu down the left side and nowhere to add in a new Download ID. I already have 3 other Download IDs which I have added some time ago.
