... Continues with other tidbits from 2012. Not sure what the email means or if its valid?

I am wondering why you received that email, considering that the FeedBurner feed which was sending out these outdated emails was removed a few days ago. I guess it's leftover emails from the now deleted (and long ago obsolete) feed.
