I am looking at the 2Checkout management console. There is no record of your transaction in the sales list which is normal since you never made it to payment. I'm looking at the fraud review, nope, we didn't have a fail, wait, or pending fraud status in a transaction for the last 15 days. This leaves us with one possibility only: your bank doesn't respond to the payment request or declines it. Maybe you want to contact your bank and ask them to allow transactions with USA (where 2Checkout is based) and Cyprus (where we are based). If you got an updated card in the last year you will most likely have to do that.
