 Hello,

I'm trying to renew my subscription but 2checkout payment page says: "Failed to authorize: Authorization Failed"
The authorization is not reaching my bank account because I usually receive an SMS if succeeds or not.

I've tried more 3 times and will give it another try in few hours. If you have any other payment option, please send me details.

In the 2Checkout payment page there should be two payment options, Credit Card and PayPal. Click on the PayPal option. This will get you to PayPal's site where you can pay either by PayPal balance or by credit card.

Hello,

I wasn't able to pay through paypal since they don't accept accounts from my country and it's not included in their list.
However, I tried again through 2checkout several times and from different browsers but same result. I think there's an issue with payment processing with them and will continue to try in few hours . I usually pay through their system and registered here with same card number but again seems there's an issue.

Hello,

I really tried over 10 times to pay through 2checkout with same mastercard of my registration here and same result showing authentication failed in red.

The payment is not reaching my mastercard account because I would immediately receive an SMS for failed and succeeded transactions. Tried from different browsers and devices and even different network... Could be something in your 2checkout account. I used to have an account with them and also had issues once...

I'll give it another try tomorrow.

I am looking at the 2Checkout management console. There is no record of your transaction in the sales list which is normal since you never made it to payment. I'm looking at the fraud review, nope, we didn't have a fail, wait, or pending fraud status in a transaction for the last 15 days. This leaves us with one possibility only: your bank doesn't respond to the payment request or declines it. Maybe you want to contact your bank and ask them to allow transactions with USA (where 2Checkout is based) and Cyprus (where we are based). If you got an updated card in the last year you will most likely have to do that.

Hello,

I have no probs at all with my mastercard and just paid Facebook 30 minutes ago and renewed another account today. I just figured that 2checkout redirects for authenticating to:
https://1eaf.cardinalcommerce.com/EAFService/jsp/v1/redirect

After this redirection, the transaction fails and don't reach or authenticates with mastercard account. No data parsing at all. Could be that cardinalcommerce.com is denying the ip but I also changed networks with same result. I had my last trial in few minutes. It is weird since I registered with the same mastercard.

However, I'd love to renew when I can and will give it another try later.

The CardinalCommerce is responsible for handling the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode (a.k.a. 3DSecure) authentication. If your card has not 3DSecure enabled the transaction will fail. You can contact your bank and ask them if 3DSecure is enabled on your card and, if not, to enable it.
