As noted in our subscription page, our subscriptions are NOT recurring automatically. If you do not manually renew them (going through the same manual payment process as a new subscription) your subscription will NOT renew; it will simply expire. Therefore you need to do absolutely nothing.

Important: Once your subscription expires you will no longer have access to downloads and support for any version of our software, including the ones you have already downloaded.

Note: You will receive a total of four (4) e-mails regarding the subscription expiration: 30 days before expiration, 15 days before expiration, upon expiration and 7 days after expiration. Simply ignore these messages. Taking no action whatsoever will let your subscription expire.

Working hours: Typically we work Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets, but we cannot respond to them, outside of our working hours.

Summer vacations: Our support will be closed for replies and new tickets from August 6th to August 21st, 2022 due to summer vacations.
