 FYI, after many attempts to renew our subscription I have now given up.

I'm typing this on a Win10 desktop, but usually I use Linux. I have tried FF, Chrome and Edge & Have turned off everything that protects my computers in response to your "Turn of DO NOT TRACK" warnings. I am still unable to complete the payment section, again because I suspect your system thinks I have DO NOT TRACK off.

Just so you know when we don't renew....

This is what your browser reports to us, through HTTP headers, not what our system "thinks". If you are sure that you are not blocking cookies for our site you can of course continue and complete the subscription process without any problem.

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
