Hi. I renewed my subscription, expecting a price discount.

I missed the part that its not automatic and have to put a coupon code.

How can I now claim it?

The discount is automatic but it's only given if you renew your subscription before your current one expires. Since your subscription had expired almost eighteen days earlier you are not eligible for the discount. The whole point of the discount is to provide our clients an incentive to renew early i.e. before their subscription expires.

I would like to remind you that you can renew your subscription any time before it expires. If you do so, you will get an automatic 30% discount. Furthermore, you do not lose subscription time by renewing early. The renewal will start counting after your current subscription expires. This information was conveyed to you both in our subscription page and the two emails sent to you 30 and 15 days before your subscription expired.
