I enabled all plugins but "Security Key (U2F)" is not available for the users although "Yubikey" is. What am I missing to set up? I have 4.0.0 installed. Thx

Use WebAuthn instead. Security Key (U2F) was the older standard which was only supported by Google Chrome and some of the other Chromium-based browsers and Safari 12 and later. WebAuthn is the new standard which is supported by all browser versions released after mid-2019.
Also note that both U2F and WebAuthn require you to have your site under HTTPS meaning that you also need to set Enable SSL to Entire Site in your Global Configuration.
