I just discovered a notice in error.log. I hope it'll help.

PHP Notice: Undefined index: name in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/joomla4/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/tmpl/manage/default.php on line 134

Akeeba backup 9.0.6, Joomla 4.0.3, MAMP 5.7, PHP 7.4.2
