How can I change the height of the textarea in Akeeba Engage?
I suppose to do this in a CCS-file, but I can't find out which CSS-file I need.

Akeeba Engage uses the WYSIWYG text editor configure in Joomla. The layout of the editor is controlled by Joomla and the editor plugin. There is nothing we can do on our end to control it. If you want to change the way the editor displays you have to consult with the developer of the editor plugin.
