My account is valid until Tue, June 14th, 2022 06:23 CDT. Today, I tried to download Akeeba Backup for Joomla 3.10 from my account. I received the message below.

Can I please ask exactly which page you were and which link you clicked?

Trying that from the Downloads page (https://www.akeeba.com/download.html) it seems to work.

I could not remember what page I was on, but when I went to the Downloads page as you suggested, it worked.
