Today I can not make new add-on download ID's. I got the message:

I think you tried doing that in the 3' it took me to apply an update. Can you try again now?

Still not working. I tried it again, but still get the page: The page you are looking for does not exist,

I have done this the last few weeks a several times, and it worked OK. Today it is not.
