I purchased a Wordpress template from Template Monster and I am trying to restore the data.  I am able to do a database restore, but when I go try to restore data, I get "Serialization of PDO is not allowed".  I am hosting on Godaddy.  Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong ?

I am afraid we do not make any templates. Even if a third party uses our software without our knowledge to package their template they neither asked for our consent nor did they pay us a single cent for it. The people who sold you the template are responsible for providing support.

I am closing this as WAY out of scope of our support.
