Is it possible to use any of the Akeeba products to backup and restore a Drupal site?

if yes which product and how?

Akeeba Staff

Akeeba Solo can be used to backup and restore any kind of PHP application and MySQL database using the “Bespoke PHP application” site type.

Please note that there is no specific consideration for Drupal's configuration. If you are restoring on the same server, domain and directory that's okay. If you are transferring your site to a different server, domain or directory you will need to edit Drupal's configuration manually to match the new location of your site.
