I have restored other Joomla sites but this time when entering dtopchurch.org/kickstart.phpΒ I get a 404 error. I placed my backup file and kickstart.php in my public_html directory as I have previously. Can you give me help please.

Delete your .htaccess file, it seems to be blocking access to kickstart.php.
