Hi there,

I bought this plugin just a few hours ago but am now thinking that I don't need it yet.  I would like to resubscribe in the future but at the moment I think I can not afford it and would like to get a refund and resubscribe at a later date when I have more money.

Hello,

Look, you have already downloaded the software, which is open source and works standalone on your site. We cannot make it so that you no longer have it, which is why we stipulate no refunds in our Terms of Service.

I do, however, understand your situation and I am giving you a refund as an exception to our policy.

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
