Akeeba Kickstart only extracts the backup archive. It does not restore your site and has nothing to do with your database. This information is printed on your screen every time you run Kickstart. Please read it.
I believe that you are asking for technical support about using the restoration script which is part of your backup archive.
As per our Terms of Service, we do not provide free technical support. You have to purchase a subscription to one of our backup products (Akeeba Backup for Joomla, Akeeba Backup for WordPress, or Akeeba Solo), then submit your support inquiry in the appropriate category.
Alternatively, you can peruse our documentation, which addresses your issue, free of charge.
Hint: read your screen before clicking Next. Which fields do I need to fill in on that page to tell the software which database server, database, and user to use to connect to the database? If I don't fill them in, how can I possibly expect the software to magically read my mind?
