 Hello

I have a try to the new Akeeba Panoption. I have tried it on two different enviroments: Strato and VDX server. I ask other users on a forum https://joomlacommunity.cloud.mattermost.com/main/channels/dutch-joomlers. They have no problems with the installation.

But I come to the FTP page: Create a new session save path

I have filled in the ftp-code of the server, but nothing is happning.

Why do I have problems on two different servers?

What must I do to fix this? Do you know something?

The screendump is of the Strato server and a screendump of Cyberduck with the FTP sesult of my inlog code of FTP. FTP-code is correctly working.

Hi Nicholas

I have tried your instructions of fixing the session path on the two servers, but nothing was changing for me. The FTP page gives no changing for me.

Now I have placed/tried it on a another server. The start was perfect. The only thing I have done: change the PHP path in the cronjob. Now its working OK. Thnks!
