Hi,
I have a question.
I just purchased Admin Tools Pro.
However, during the checkout process, I didn't see a field where I could enter my EU VAT number so that the amount would be tax-free.
What should I do now?

For future reference, after you confirm your country and go to the next page there's an Add VAT link on the left-hand sidebar you can click to enter your VAT number and invoicing information.

Regardless, you have received an email from our reseller (Paddle) with your receipt. There's a link to it. Click on it to view the receipt online. Towards the upper left part of the receipt there's a link to add your invoicing information. Click on it, and enter your invoicing information including your VAT number. The receipt will be converted to an invoice, and you will be issued a credit of the VAT amount within a few business days. This link works for 7 days after your purchase. If you are beyond that time limit you can email [email protected] with your receipt number and your invoicing information (company name, VAT number, postal address) so they can do the conversion to an invoice and credit you the VAT amount manually.
